What Is LG Twin Wash
LG Twin Wash is LG’s answer to washing two different types of loads at once in a single washing machine. It is two washing machines integrated into a single washing machine.
The main washing machine will sit at the top and bear the daily gigantic load of clothes, whereas the tiny washing machine ( Also called SideKick) will be right below the main washing machine.
Both are integrated into one unit. You will never notice that there are basically two different types of washing going on.
Both have their own wash cycle, water line, dispenser line, and other stuff. They don’t share anything except that they are integrated into one unit.
What Is Samsung Flex Wash
Technically, Twin Wash and Flex Wash technology are the same, but in the case of Samsung Flex Wash, the secondary unit is placed on top of the main unit.
Both technologies serve the same purpose of providing the benefits of top-load and front-load washers in a single machine, although the machine configuration is a little different.
LG Twin Wash Vs Samsung Flex Wash Washer | What’s The Difference
Technically, no difference. The only difference is in the configuration. In the LG Twin Wash washer, the secondary unit is placed at the bottom of the main unit, whereas in the Samsung Flex wash, the secondary unit is placed at the top of the main unit.
In the Samsung Flex wash, you will have a lid to access the secondary unit, whereas in the LG twin wash, you will have to access the secondary unit like a drawer. The main unit door configuration is similar to that of LG Twin Wash and Samsung Flex Wash.
Personally, I like Samsung Flex Wash as you can open the lid without bending down. In the case of the LG twin wash, you must bend down to access the secondary unit, which is an ergonomic issue for many.
